Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method in the same currency (USD).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be accepted for return or refund. Any items damaged through customer misuse are also not eligible.
